How do I stop stadia from charging my card. I want to cancel the subscription but when I go to the option, payment and subscription, it doesn't give me the option to cancel.

Hey @Tamin1248,

you can cancel Stadia Pro at any time on stadia.google.com or in the Stadia App.

On stadia.google.com

  1. Sign into your account at stadia.com.
  2. In the top right, select your avatar.
  3. Select Stadia settings and then Purchases & subscriptions.
  4. Next to the subscription you want to cancel, select Unsubscribe.

In the Stadia App

  1. On your mobile device, open the Stadia app Stadia icon.
  2. Tap your avatar and then Purchases & subscriptions.
  3. Under the subscription you want to cancel, tap Cancel subscription.

Another way that you can also choose if you don't find these options is to cancel the subscription via Google Play.

  1. Visit play.google.com.
  2. Go to my subscriptions.
  3. Click on Stadia or on the right hand side on "manage".
  4. Select "Cancel subscription".
