Hi,
I received an email about not being able to complete my refund stating that "We were unable to complete your refund due to an issue with your payment method. You can fix this by updating your payment info."
When I try clicking on the update payment info link, I'm getting another error (attached screenshot below).
I already contacted google pay about this and they told me to post in this community to get the issue resolved.

Did you try to check if you have gotten any notification in the top right corner on pay.google.com? If so, you may be able to update your payment method through that notification.
If that doesn't work either, I don't see any other way than the email. Can you try it with another device again or in an incognito-window, just to see if maybe an extension or device issue is the cause of the error when clicking on the link?
If that doesn't help either, it may be worth in your case to see if you can contact the Stadia team about the issue, maybe they have a way to escalate the issue further. Just be aware they are super busy atm, so the response time or waiting queue may be longer than usual.

Thank you so much for the reply. I did not receive any notifications in google pay and I have tried accessing the link on different devices and incognito-window, but it doesn't work. I will contact the Stadia team and hope they can resolve this. Again, really appreciate your help.
