Can I remove my Masetercard from google account without losing my stadia subscription?(I have paypal

as the title, I want to remove my card from google account for some reason, so I wonder if you'll deduct the stadia pro subscription from paypal wihtout any problem

that heavily depends on the country you are living in. In some countries a credit card is still required to pay your subscription.

You should contact the Stadia support and ask them.
