Hi guys, I'm a Pro member since the beginning and accordingly have a large games library. My brother is part of the family group and therefore also has access to the games.
We would like to play online together but the message always appears: As a Pro member only one can play. If you want to play together then buy the game.
Unfortunately, I (nor my brother) can buy the game again in the store because it is unlocked by PRO. So how does this work???
Hey @ADre9,
I think what you can try here is disabling the family share for this specific game and have your brother purchase it. Once that is done, you both own that game and you can play it together (it requires though that the game is one that you can play together, you can see that in the store). As you mentioned already, as long as you are a Pro member you can't purchase games that you have claimed, so this is the best way to make it work currently. Or have the Pro subscription running out and then you can also buy the game.
Otherwise if you don't want this, but the game does allow local-coop (examples are Get Packed or Mortal Kombat 11), then it's fine if only one person has it and you can both sit on the sofa (in the same room/flat) and play it together. Just another example.
I think those are all the options you have, hope one of them works for you.
