Bought stadia hardware with closed email what to do now?

I uses to have a Google suite email attached to a web domain, that account has since been closed so there's no way to log in, to get to the Google store purchase history or tracking numbers they may have sent  I can see the purchase in my bank  history, anybody have any suggestions?

Mh sounds tricky, but since Google is trying to always refund the original payment method first, you shouldn't have any issues getting the refund back.

It would only be an issue if the initial refund fails, because then you would need access to your account to fix the failed refund via the email from Google (or via the notification on pay.google.com), but when the account is closed, then you would probably need to check with the Stadia team if there's anything else they can provide.

In any way I would recommend in your case to give it a bit more time and see if the refund arrives.

There is definitely gonna be "issues", I,ve talked with probably 25 different Google employees and noone can give me a straight answer on how I'm going to receive my refund that was issued and then declined by my bank well over a month ago. All with the same issues, guest order placed almost 3 years ago so no longer have the same card. But it is the same bank and even though mine was a guest order i still placed it with the same Google email I've been using ever since. Every single person I've spoken to has given me the same bs about the email to update, which doesn't work, and then contact my bank, which I already did when it was declined, then after I vividly explain to them for an hour what I got going on they always end with we will be in contact shortly with a solution. It took a month for the first employee to respond with an email telling me it was issued, that I need to get in contact with my bank. Followed by the same other 30 employees I already explained the issue to saying the same thing. When it's obviously not an issue with my bank.

This is literally happening to me. Two stadia accounts. Different emails. Same bank card. My old one.  One account says rejected and allowed me to update my card, and Google sent two payments. One was rejected and one accepted according to Google but I recieved only one in my bank. Google also has which one was successful and which one wasnt completely WRONG. The original account that I posted about not having the email, I  managed to get back on, that of course says they refunded me, even gave me a tax invoice with the date they sent it  and a link to get to Google LLC support with like 1 click(this option does NOT appear on the other account's so called "successful" refund). I contacted my bank and they assure me they did not recieve a payment and to contact Google. This of course ended up which with me being bounced around support who told me they were happy I got my refund and asked if they could help me anything else?/next I got the stadia team who told me my refund would be processed January 18th....failing to understand they've sent it to an old card which has already rejected other refunds from them and the problem is it being marked successful....it honestly felt like I was talking to automated help as no matter what info I gave them they were just basically copy and pasting the initial email they gave all of us.
