A bought a game as Stadia pro user. The money is taken from my bank account.
But the game I bought is not listed in my Stadia account.
Game : Trails Rising Digital Gold Edition.
I have sent an email to support@stadia.com
No response...
What else can I do?

Then go to contact us and you can request a call back or initiate a chat etc., with support staff that can assist you.
@Animan Just for sanity check, can you go to your Order History page on Google Play while signed in with your Stadia account?
