I received an email on the 20th of November 2022 listing various Stadia account refunds totalling £69.39.
Checking my google activity all the refunds are showing £0.00 and I haven't received any refunds ![]()
Hey @Hevski,
Don't worry, it's normal that successful refunds are shown as a 0,00 transaction in Google Pay because it basically lists the charge. Since a refund means there is no charge, all of them are showing 0,00. You get a more detailed view of it when you click the transaction then you will see the original charge minus eventual discounts at the time minus the refund amount = 0,00.
Once you have gotten the email about the refunds, give it 1-2 weeks. Either the refund is successful, then you can check your bank statements or check with the bank itself, otherwise if the refund fails you will get another email with a link to provide an alternate payment method. Once that is provided, it usually takes some days again (or max 1-2 weeks) until the refund arrives at your new payment method.
So yeah, I'd recommend just be patient a bit longer, refunds should all be done by Jan 18, 2023, the latest.

The Google pay transactions of £0.00 threw me. The more detailed view also was confusing.
