its been 2 months or more and STILL my $200 worth of refunds is on an inactive card and STILL the bank says that google has to reverse the funds and send them to the right card and STILL no e-mail and STILL no help whatsoever from google all im told is contact the bank....contact bank and they cant do anything.....then get told well wait on an e-mail.....the e-mail wont come because the money went through and is just sitting on an inactive card.....so then stadia just gonna poof disappear in 28 days and we are left without the refund.....christmas is sunday i could really use the $200 that i cant get to people
We might just be the ones that are. Out of luck. I haven't received any. Refund. Since I contacted Google. Store. To have them refund. The purchase of my controller which I purchased in the Google Store. They tried to return it. To a expired. Payment form. I had to update my payment form. When I updated my payment form. And called back. Now all of a sudden they don't attempt to refund the purchase of the controller. They tell me to contact stadia. \

January 2nd 2023 STILL no help whatsoever givin.....still out my $199.58.....yet i sit here broke no gas no help its so stupid such a huge company offers no help on something so simple
I feel you. Been complaining and all I'm told is contact my bank, at I've not done that 100 times anyway. It's on your end Google, fix this already.
13 more days and poof stadia will be gone and my $200 will still be on an inactive card......this is so pathetic....its why they wont let you get to the actual support instead you get directed here .....the lack of help is mind boggling....they shouldnt even use the word "support"....cus aint none to be seen.......been dealing with this for months without ZERO help
7 more days and its shutdown.....will someone PLEASE give me a number or something for ACTUAL stadia support....my $199.58 still sits on the inactive card and the bank still says that STADIA has to reverse the refund then send it to my new card.....that they are not able to do it....im not asking for anyone to perform rocket science.....i just need the refunds reversed and sent to the right place which should have been done in the first place....PLEASE STADIA SUPPORT HELP ME!!!!!
All they will tell you is to talk to you bank and the most generic responses with actually no real help. It's pathetic
