I’ve seen reviews of the claw scratching the controller is there any way to avoid this? I’d like to buy it

@Jordan1 The Claw showed up this morning. I haven't had a chance to play any games with it but I did test attaching/detaching it a few times without creating any new marks on the controller. The part of the mount that grabs onto the controller has a bit of softer padding along the inside so it shouldn't cause any marks while it's attached to the controller, but putting it on and taking it back off requires a bit of stretching and that might include dragging the outside edge of the "hook" along the controller's surface. I could definitely see that scuffing things up over time if you're not careful.

I'd just say be careful with putting the controller into and out of the clip, and remove the clip when you're not using it so it doesn't have extra time to rub against the controller.

Mine was supposed to be arriving today but it looks like it got held up along the way. My controller already has some scuffs on it so I'm not overly concerned with the possibility of the Claw causing further marring but I'll definitely play with it to see if there's a preferred technique to mitigate such damage. I'll let you know how it goes.
