A couple of weeks ago, I bought the Cyberpunk offer with the Stadia Premiere Edition. From the first day I have problems with the connection. It does not matter if I use Ethernet, Wifi, my computer through Chrome or the chromecast ultra itself. I always get the message "Check your Connection, Your internet connection is not stable enough to play".
I have tried with mobile data, and this way it works. If I continue to insist, stadia lets me start the game but with poor quality and it closes after 2 minutes. I have a pretty good connection (screenshots attached), I'm with spanish company Yoigo. I've contacted Stadia support and they haven't been able to fix anything for me, The Yoigo support just the same, they do not know what it is happening either how to fix it.

@manusanch Has this been happening at all times, or certain times only? There might be cases where the server's overloaded than capacity, throttling down your connection.
Also you said that it works with mobile data, so could it possibly that there's issue with your home ISP? You can check the following article for some ideas on how to improve your Stadia experience

Mira tu ISP tal vez te redirecciona a otro nodo y te puede subir el ms pero no es tu ISP esto es problema de Google que no enruta bien.
Google aconseja que pruebe mas tarde ya que el problema se deberia solucionar solo.

Si te da menos de 35mbps olvidate de jugar, haz la prueba 3 o 4 veces en intervalos de 5 minutos.
Yo tengo fibra de jazztel 600 y soy de Barcelona, hace un mes y medio algunos fines de semana entre las 20:00 y las 23:00 la conexion a Stadia me da 8mbps y mi conexion sigue solida a 600 y todo me funciona correctamente menos Stadia.
En 13 meses solo me ha ocurrido 4 o 5 veces desde hace un mes y hoy me ha pasado.
Reinicia o diagnostica el router, es lo unico que puedes hacer.
Es un problema de Google no tuyo.
@Whito Puedes tener razón he hecho la prueba y es un desastre, a ver si alguien de google dice alguien al respecto.
Incluya las capturas de las pruebas en intervalos de 4-5 min, a la vez que lo hacía con la herramienta de Stadia lo comprobaba también con speeptest.org (y aquí la conexión era estable).
No se si estas en las islas pero el enrutamiento fuera de la peninsula es un desastre.
Los servidores de Stadia en este momento no dan para mas, dudo mucho que Stadia se ejecute fuera de Estados Unidos por lo que si estas en una poblacion fuera de una gran ciudad o en un pais donde acaban de dar servicio seguramente ante la sobrecarga de la red los maravillosos algorritmos de Google deciden quien tiene acceso y quien no.
Puedes probar tres cosas.
O esperar que Google solucione su enrutamiento.

I move to another house and move to ISP Yoigo and I've been having some problems as well!
Looks like google should enroute better and work with masmovil and yoigo to fix this issues. ( Before I had O2 and did have some issues, but not that often like now!
I'm a pro user and I love Stadia and support it, but it is kind of problematic when you do everything in your end and get crazy finding a solution many times don't depends on you!!
Could be great, make effort and they help to fix this issues with spanish ISP's companies! ( I have simetric 600 GB).
