Smart TV without Chromecast

Jump to solution

Dear Sirs,

I have a simple no-smart TV.

I have an Amazon Fire TV stick to watch and play apps and TV channels on this television.

Can I use Stadia as an app on a such TV? Or must I have necessarily a Chromecast device?

Best regards,

Raffaello

@raffaellogatto at the moment, you have to use a Google Chromecast.

Nevertheless with the now 2 month free trail for everyone, you can connect for example a laptop to your TV via HDMI and play in the Chrome browser on your TV.

Good luck!

I have a mac and apple tv, so I just AirPlayed it. Even without Stadia Pro, you can use HDMI or AirPlay to play on TV. It can also airplay to other smart tvs.
