Me gustaria regalarle a un amigo un juego de Stadia para que le apareciese en su cuenta. Hay alguna manera de hacer yo la compra y darle a él el juego?

I do not believe this is supported yet. The closest method I can think of would be to purchase Google Play gift card in the amount of the game. However, if your friend doesn't have an Android phone, using that gift card will be more difficult.
