Hello Support, I own Just Dance 2020 I have ordered the 1-month-subscription for Just Dance Unlimited. I found two 1-month subscription in the store. Checking the details, one is mentioning JD 2020 and 2021 the other 1-month-subscription mentions JD 2020, 2021 and 2022. So I tried that one first with 2022 songs included. Subscription was accepted but when I start the game, Unlimited is not activated even after 2 days not. I try additionally the second 1-month-subscription that is mentioning only 2020 and 2021, this was also accepted. Now I have two active subscriptions for 1-month Just Dance Unlimited but both have not changed anything in the game. Still unlimited songs are not available / activated.
Pls. fix this issue asap or give me a refund for both of my 1-month-subscriptions of JD unlimited.
