I just got a stadia premiere edition last week, it played beautifully for about 3 days, then when I started it the game was showing, but when clicking to start the game, it shows me that " You can't play in your current country " but I am in Toronto, Canada?
My WIFI as acted strange in the past, so I am wondering if using an ethernet cable would work? and I am pretty sure it as to do with the WIFI, because I can play on my phone using data, but the moment I put back the WIFI, I get the same message.
Anyone else ever had the same problem? If anyone as any suggestions to help me I would appreciate it a lot.
Thanks.

Hi @Papa59
Stadia is available in Canada (see https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9566513?hl=en)
did you, or someone else configure a VPN or something else that routes you to another country?
What do you mean with "wifi acted strange"? ![]()
I am experiencing the same issue in Toronto as well. Using my home internet doesn't work (ethernet OR wifi) but using my phone's data does. My ISP is Bell Fibe and my phone is on Telus/Public Mobile, FYI. Let's get to the bottom of this! It was working on Saturday, and then today (Sunday) it came up with these errors, and I didn't change anything on my end overnight.
There's another user who also has this issue: https://community.stadia.com/t5/Stadia-General/Unable-to-play-claimed-games/m-p/38283#M16474
I am also from Toronto and same is happening with me. I am with Bell.
Same here, in Toronto, on Bell, stadia hasn't worked for about 3 days.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for escalating this issue to the Stadia Community Forum. The Stadia team is aware and investigating. I'll keep you posted with the latest updates.
