I am not sure if this is so much a question as it is a comment for discussion. I am not impressed with PAC-MAN's attempt to establish rights to my hardware via a EULA license agreement. The question I will pose is; What process does stadia have to screen game developers and online contracts/ agreements and by what official means are they regulated?
