Cant play destiny 2 after launch

Hello, after launching Destiny 2 from Chrome, i cant access the content, i have the Bungie nag screen, then i have a message in french: 

"Serveur indisponible. La lumière ne peut pas vous sauver. Venez nous chercher sur Europe"

translated to

"Server unavailable. Light cannot save you. Join us on Europe"

and nothing more... I cant do anything.

Any idea ?
