Bad Connection but fast internet?

I have an internet connection of 86mbit / s. But Stadia shows me in Chrome with the stream monitor that only 3 mbit / s are used. how can i fix this ??

@donmaster Just curious, are you using wireless or wired? For most cases where you can get good wireless signal, this is usually a non issue. But I just tried using a wired connection for my Chromecast Ultra and my connection actually improved by quite a bit.
