Last week I received a Stadia email offering a code for 3 months of Stadia Pro for being a YouTube subscriber. So I created a Stadia account and when I try to redeem the code under Stadia Settings I get the message "Failed to look up the code". Is there something I'm not doing right?

according to this Reddit post, the code only works for new accounts and not for existing (Pro) accounts.
What's your context? Do you have already a Stadia Pro (Trail) account?

Before I got the email I never had a Stadia account.
Here's the email I got
The "get your gift" link directs to https://stadia.google.com/home. From there I created a new account. After making my account there was no 3-month pro trial present. Thinking I needed to enter the code the email provided I tried that next but that didn't work. I don't know what to do next. There doesn't seem to be a way to reach someone for support. The only resource available is their faq, which didn't have what I was looking for.
Click on "Contact Us" and select "Chat support". Literally I had to yesterday in order to change my name and nobody was in the queue! Give it a shot! (Ignore the article linked) Hope this helps ![]()
