Can't buy Red Dead Redemption 2

Hi there, I am not able to buy RDR2 on Stadia. Whenever I try to, it tells me an error, saying that the transaction couldn't be proceeded.

Neither with Google play store balance, nor with credit card nor via PayPal. (Mobile and PC same issue)

I was able to buy Metro Exodus for example, so there shouldnt be a problem with my account or wallet, I guess. Anyone else having this issue or does know any help?

you might want to contact the Stadia support directly (e.g. via chat: https://support.google.com/stadia/contact/stadia_chat)

Just in case, you are sure that your credit card has not been expired since your last buy? Do you use any VPN or something else?

Thanks for your answer. I bought the other game directly after I got the error in RDR2, so thats not the problem. I contacted stadia support via chat. They couldnt help me and directed me to google pay support. They escalated my issue to Risk Team and now I am waiting for response.

As I am still able to buy everything else, I am pretty sure it has to do with RDR... I tried credit card on PC, Paypal on mobile and even tried adding Google Play balance. Neither did work.

And again, I can buy everything else without error code. I even tried another google account, same issue...

I've read of other people having the same issue. Maybe there is some problem with the sale?

ah thanks for your insights! Honestly, I have no idea. But yes, maybe there is currently an issue with the store entry.
