no matter what I try (visa paypal...) the payment just won't work and keeps being refused. app or pc... does not make difference. on the site i get this number [OR-HDT-01]

any clues ( i tried https://support.google.com/pay/answer/7644087?hl=en&ref_topic=7644061)

Hi there,

To purchase games, addons or subscriptions on your Android device, you will need Google Play 15.1 or later to be installed. If you aren’t able to make a purchase, check to make sure that your Google Play version is up to date.

On your mobile device,c open the Google Play Store.
At the upper left corner tap the menu icon > About Google Play > Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen to see Play Store version.

If your version is out of date, tap Play Store version and follow the on-screen instructions to update Google Play.

If you are still having issues then try contacting Stadia support by chat or email.

I have the same issue with RDD2. I am not using an android, but rather it is happening in both the IOS app and the website through chrome. It is very frustrating as there does not seem to be a fix.
