    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did try this and for some reason customer service couldn't give me a number either. They escalated my case and it has been radio silence for week.&amp;nbsp; I ultimately decided to RMA the hardware, what a disappointment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Premier member with hardware and no invite code</title>

      <description>I'm a premier member who received two controllers in the mail but have yet to receive an invite code. It's really frustrating having hardware for a system you can't play. Every day that goes by and there is no code in my inbox makes me regret having dropped $200+ on this fiasco.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.stadia.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11340"&gt;@stratowhammy&lt;/a&gt;, if your hardware arrived, but you haven't received your code yet, you can do the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check your serial-number and your order-number (the order number you can find on store.google.com &amp;gt; orders or also in pay.google.com on the transaction).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/stadia#topic=9634925&amp;amp;contact=1" target="_self"&gt;Contact Stadia support&lt;/A&gt; and request a key with the details.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This worked at least for the founders, when the hardware arrived, but they didn't had a code, so it might work for you too. Wish you all the best!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
