      <description>Greetings I can't purchase a game. Here's what happens: I select Trials Rising and want to pay (in the Android app) with PayPal and my Play credit. The game isn't discounted so it should work, right? My PayPal is the one I saved in my account to pay for the Pro subscription. When I make the purchase I get a message saying the transaction was refused. I then try again and select the credit card which I used to pay for my FE and my Play credit. This time I get the error message OR-CPOT-09. I can repeat this as often as I like with the same results. I don't understand what the problem is. Both my credit card and PayPal are available as payment methods in my Play account/G Pay. I use G Pay multiple times a week with PayPal when I pay for groceries using my phone. So I think it should work fine. Who can help me actually spend money on this service? Thanks</description>

      <description>Yeah the formatting is horrible in the first post, but you can try to edit your post, sometimes it works after 2-3 times. Regarding the error I would recommend to contact Stadia support as they probably know what the error means. You could also try to reinstall the app again and check if your Google Play Store and the Google Play services are up to date as well as this can also be an issue. Wish you the best!</description>
