Not sure what you mean here. Do you mean you have a Google Play giftcard? And do you mean you want to know how to redeem this one? If so, then here are instructions.

i bought a redeem code for 3 months but i dont have a credit card to proceed with the payment. what opcions do i have?

I can't find any information that these redeem codes do only work with credit cards.

Usually in general for game purchases for example, Stadia is using/allowing the same payment methods as for Play purchases. You can find a list here.

But if you don't have any other options shown, then maybe credit cards are the only option there. Just to double check you can also get in touch with the Stadia team to find out if there's any other option.
