Did not get stadia pro extended trial offer

Hi,

I am an active YouTube premium member, and I recently ordered the stadia premiere edition thinking that I would be able to avail the extended stadia pro trial offer, but on signing up, I was disappointed to know that I only got 1 month of free trial.

I read the terms and conditions and I feel like I am totally eligible for the extended trial offer. Could someone explain to me why I have not been able to get this?

I would really appreciate someone getting back to me on this. Thank you!

Hey @Mthinker,

Sorry for the late reply. In this case I think best would be to get in touch with the Stadia support here as they might be able to explain you why you only got 1 month instead of 3 month and maybe they can help you further regarding the 2 missing months.

Hey, thanks for the responses, but I haven't been able to get in touch with any support team so far, what's the best way to get in touch with them?

I tried the link posted in the best response above, but it doesn't give me an option to chat with the support team
