Hi,

I preordered FIFA 22 and I am located in Germany. So I should be qualified and I should have received the code between 26th of September 2021 and 11th of Oktober 2021, but I didn't.

Does anyone know anything about this?

So for Germany if you check the Terms and Conditions again it states this:

Berechtigte Stadia Nutzer, die ein Spiel oder Spieleset für 59,99 € oder mehr zwischen dem 26. September 2021, 09:01 Uhr, und dem 11. Oktober 2021, 08:59 Uhr, (Aktionszeitraum) auf Stadia kaufen oder ein Spiel oder Spielset für 59,99 € oder mehr vorbestellt haben, das im Aktionszeitraum auf Stadia erscheint, erhalten eine Stadia Premiere Edition (Stadia Controller und Chromecast Ultra1), gemäß diesen Angebotsbedingungen (das „Angebot“). Unter Umständen fallen Versandkosten an.

So from this part you can check if the game you've purchased has been actually released in this time as well.

Regarding the code:

Der Gutscheincode für die Stadia Premiere Edition wird bis zum 21. Oktober 2021, 08:59 Uhr, an die mit deinem Stadia-Konto verknüpfte E-Mail-Adresse gesendet und muss bis zum 21. November 2021, 08:59 Uhr, im Google Store Deutschland eingelöst werden. Du musst an der Kasse ein Zahlungsmittel hinzufügen, sofern noch keines angegeben wurde.

So as you can see if you're eligible you should have received already a code. Please check also your spam, advertise or trash folder in your email client to ensure that the code-email didn't went there.

As you only have time until 21 November the latest (and also only as long as there are Premiere editions available, see T&C), so if you can't find the email anywhere, but you checked the T&C again and you are eligible, you can also try to contact the Stadia support. Maybe they can either explain why you're not eligible or help you out there regarding the code.
