Hi would i still be eligible for the stadia premiere edition if i buy a game and use my discount on the next buy

From what I understand of the promotion, you are correct. As long as you buy a full priced game at sometime inbetween the window, you'll be eligible. Then on your next purchase, using that discount won't effect your eligibility.

but will i be eligble if i buy a game with the discount first because i cant choose to buy one without it
