Change my ESO Plus sub to three months

I currently have ESO Plus for The Elder Scrolls Online monthly subscription, and I want to change it to a three month sub. I don't see any way to change it, and I asked in support, and they told me I need to manage it with the publisher, but the ESO website sends me back to Stadia.

I can't find a way to change this, anyone?

changing your ESO Plus subscription you can usually do on the ESO Account website: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com

Try to login there and change your ESO-subscription to three months.

If this doesn't work: Do you have another device or another browser where you can try it?

Hi!

Thanks for the reply. I tried in the ESO website you gave me, but it tells me to manage it on Stadia, and I can't find any way to change it on the Stadia website
