Transaction For Cyberpunk cannot be completed error

I signed up for stadia and was going to buy cyberpunk (I'm using a pc) and the transaction would not complete. I double checked my info multiple times and it just wouldn't let me buy the game. I need a solution, and I don't have an android phone.

Hey @YesImJoking,

I heard from other players that had this problem too that they tried it with their Android Smartphone and then it worked.

I noticed you don't have an Android-device, but on there you would also have the possibility to buy games with PayPal or Google Play Balance. This option is not available via browser.

So if you tried already another payment method (another card), you can still walk through TS steps in here:

If it still doesn't work, do you maybe have a friend or family-member that you can ask for an Android-device, logging on their device into the Stadia app, complete the purchase, then logout on that device and hand it back and then play the game on your PC? That is the only other idea I have here.

It has finally worked for me, I tried it again randomly and it worked? I have no idea what happened but I don't know the solution for those who still have it.
