Hi!

I installed stadia app activating my account but I did not proceed to activate the 2 months free access. Now I'm not able to activate the promotion in the app. Do you know how to recover the process?

You may want to check your "next pay date" to see if it's already activated.

Open the app
Go to your account menu (right top avatar image)
Tap on "subscriptions"

Otherwise, is there an error message if you try to play something?

Google support just replied me that the only solution is to try with a different account. You have to add you payment info at first access, after that is not possible anymore. It seems the product is still not mature enough

Hi @Alexthesmeus! Thanks for giving Stadia a shot. If you initially rejected the offer, worry not, because there is a way to claim it after the fact.

From the Store page, navigate to any "Pro" game.
Select "Claim with Pro."
The next page will ask you if you would like to start your free trial.
Click claim/accept, and you're in business.

With the first 2 months free access in Pro, if we cancel before the 2nd month, will we still retain the remaining one month left over for a month's worth of free access?

Yes the Pro subscription continues until it reaches the date that it is canceled.

I do not understand from your response. Let me rephrase my question.

If we get 2 free months of the Stadia Pro subscription, can we cancel after the 1st month but still use our remaining 2nd month for free access?

Yes if you have 2 months of free Pro it should work that way.
