Is there a way to access the game data of certain games?

Say I want to install mods or add packages in football manager, I need to change something in the game data. Is there a way to do it?

Especially for the Football Manager it would be great. @StadiaTeam

Right now at least mods and the like are not possible with stadia. There are ways of getting game data(like saves) but no way of getting them back up to Stadia.

I don't think we have had official word on if Stadia's set up will support modding in the future or not. But I would assume not until we're told differently.

They said back at the launch event that they're looking into modding support for the future because they know it's big among the enthusiast community, but that it's not a feature they're planning before launch.
