@Chiram I don't have both games, so I can't really test it myself. I did find this article from CD Projekt Red and you're right for Stadia you need to use F12 or Capture button, but on PC it's 'N'. I assume F12 only allows you to take direct screenshot without ability to edit? Have you tried pressing 'N' while playing with m/kb? Just want to check if it does the same thing as PC.

https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/cyberpunk/pc/gameplay/issue/1682/photo-mode#:~:text=Photo%20Mode%20allows%20you%20to,Xbox%3A%20LS%20%2B%20RS

As for AC Odyssey, have you tried pressing 'F3'? I was the beta tester for Project Stream (what turns into Stadia) and they gave us access for AC Odyssey, and I remember being able to play around with photo edit. I just don't remember exactly how I did it.

https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/assassins-creed-odyssey/gameplay/article/photo-mode-in-assassins-creed-odyssey/000073728

Apologies if you already knew and tried it. Just want to make sure all grounds are covered before we explore something else.

Assassins Creed Origins for example:

If I Play on the television with controller, I am able to customize pictures taken in game. However; if I play on keyboard/mouse from my chrome base - I am only allowed to take a picture with the built in stadia F12 options.

This is the same for CyberPunk 2077 etc. Is there a work around for this?

One thing I want to confirm, which device you meant by chrome base? Is it a Chromebook or something else? I've noticed a few reports that says the recent update to Chromebook messed up some key mapping for Stadia.
