    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is just getting plain absurd! I was on a poor fiber broadband with 17mbs download speed and controller was connecting fine but game performance wasn't great, so I upgraded to 4g home broadband (wirh EE in UK) and now I get 100mbs download speed, Stadia works a charm but controller will no longer connect! The hardware is fine as it still connects using the old fibre network, it will connect to new network but "without internet" which obviously makes the controller unusable! Insane thing is that I'm running my network on a asus rt-ax86u, so shouldn't make any difference if Internet is coming from fibre or mobile broadband as devices are connected to a WiFi router in any case!! Stadia is running great on Google tv and phones when these are connected to my new WiFi, so how is it possible that the controller won't like the new network? Obviously another bug! I'm getting a bit fed up to be honest!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you are having issues with Stadia Controller. Did you reset (&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9584135" target="_self"&gt;factory reset&lt;/A&gt;) your controller with a fresh setup?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi? There seems to be some issues with the 5GHz WiFi and the controller.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Pretty strange the controller is saying there is no internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;So you use the&amp;nbsp;rt-ax86u with both internet providers?&lt;BR /&gt;Does your new internet provider have a different modem with some extra options built-in like a firewall or such?&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe you could try setting up the&amp;nbsp;rt-ax86u to use the Google DNS to see if that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1045253/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1045253/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think somehow the controller is recognising the network as 4g! Will try what you suggest though I don't like messing with settings, I'd prefer all experience to be more user friendly tbh.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe the controller remembers some of the late fiber network setup and could not find it back when connecting to your new 4G / WiFi router...&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Bandwidth is not the only criteria for perfect gaming: latency and stability are also important. I would recommend you evaluate your network stability and latency using smartphone-based tools (I personally use Anality - no cost)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Best option: &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp" target="_self"&gt;contact the Stadia helpdesk&lt;/A&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.stadia.com/html/@86D5B654F5634F41B85D1B72D3D92E1F/emoticons/1f642.png" alt=":slightly_smiling_face:" title=":slightly_smiling_face:" /&gt; From my personal experience, I managed to get in touch with an expert in 1 - 2 minutes who took the time to monitor my network and look at what was wrong (basically, Stadia with controller works better when Chromecast and controller are connected to &lt;U&gt;the same&lt;/U&gt; Wi-Fi Access Point)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps and you can find a great gaming experience back!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
