I've heard the best way to do this is to reach out to the publisher directly to express your interest that they port their game to Stadia. It's the developers choice if they want to bring it to Stadia, not vice versa.

Hello,

Just wanted to ask some questions about how new games get introduced to stadia.

A game I usually play most of the time "POE", is not part of the list available in Stadia, is there some technological limitations or legal limitations why it's unavailable?

Is there some process I could go through to request the game? If I am paying for stadia, I should be able to request a game I spend my time playing.

Path of Exile. Path of Exile is an online Action RPG set in the dark fantasy world of Wraeclast. It is designed around a strong online item economy, deep character customization, competitive PvP, and ladder races. The game is completely free and will never be "pay to win".
