There is always the risk of a product not being continued, but so far it doesn't look bad for Stadia. Sure they recently announced that Stadia will not product their own games, but that must not be the end of world to be honest. A lot of people were predicting the "end" of Stadia, but I wonder where they take that from... instead I rather think that the Stadia team can now fully focus on the platform, improvements and bringing more games on it.

So overall I think the investment is a good thing if you enjoy games and you want to play them on your TV. But as RXShorty mentioned already: You don't have to buy it, you can also just play on mobile via the Stadia app or in the Chrome Browser on stadia.google.com if you want to.

I am hesitant to buy the Stadia Premier Edition, because of articles on Google being able to continue Stadia. If I buy a Stadia controller with the Chromecast an Google decides to shut down Stadia then I am out $70 to $99 bucks. What are your thoughts on Stadia an whether Stadia will still stay in business?

Hello @Bdwins1962,

I cannot predict the future but with the a recent blog post Stadia let us know that this year there are comming 100+ new games to the platform.
For me this is enough to be confident I will enjoy Stadia and it is worth the cost, but for each their own.

But do you want to play on your TV? If so than the Premier Edition is a great deal!
If you want to try Stadia you always visit stadia.google.com on your PC or install the Stadia app on your mobile.
Both options let you play with keyboard and mouse or with a third party controller.

So my thoughts are positive.
I enjoy Stadia a lot and with the news there are 100+ games comming this year I confident enough.

ps. I am a volunteer on this Stadia community and not a Google employee.
