Cyberpunk + stadia bundle

I bought a Cyberpunk preorder with Stadia bundle. DHL send it to my house but the driver couldnt find my house. So he send it back. Two days later i spoke to him about this but DHL already send the package back to you. Now i'm almost waiting a month for a reply about this on the normal ticket system. Anyone can help me with this?

@SaMaster Contact stadia support . No one here has access to your shipping/payment/misc information that you would need to provide nor should we be able to have access to it.

Support should get you sorted out

Today they finally send me info about the ticket i made. To bad the support of google isn't that good as i expected it would be. Hopefully we can come to a agreement
