I apologize if I wrote my question in the wrong place I couldn't find the answer to my question anywhere.
"Google Stadia." When will be given access to other countries.

@JackieTR Only countries listed on the following link is where Stadia is available. For other countries you just need to wait until Google officially announce it. There's no timeline, but they're working to make sure more countries are available.
