I live in Austria and ESO drops the 16th if I recall correctly. I'm really excited for it but my country is currently not supported and using a vpn is a Horrifying experience. Any updates about the topic of expansion to other regions?

unfortunately, there is no public roadmap related to a rollout Stadia to new countries and regions. You might want to follow the Stadia team on Twitter to stay up to date. (https://twitter.com/googlestadia)
