4k resolution , grainy visuals ?

I'm new to stadia, I have no problems other than , everyone else seems to have crystal clear visuals when playing games, I'm playing division 2 and pubg, ( call me fussy ) but my PlayStation pro & Xbox one X are alot clearer.

I'm trying to spread the word to my friends about what a fantastic concept stadia is and how it can change the future of gaming. But the WiFi set up and visual aspects of stadia seem to shoot down all the hype I've told my friends about.

I have a 4k HDR TV. 360meg internet connection, hard wired to my stadia via Chromecast ultra and stadia control pad, am I missing something via the set up ?.

What can I do to improve my visuals if anything at all ?

Hey @DAZZADINI,

sorry to hear you have problems with the 4k resolution on Stadia.

A huge amount of problems can occur by your internet connection on Stadia, so this might be a reason, but I would recommend to first try these troubleshooting steps in the Stadia helpcenter to try to fix your issue.

If all those still didn't help and you still encounter issues, try to contact the Stadia support to get further help.
