    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're outside of the US make sure support knows this, as I've found that sometimes if you don't specify they will just assume you're in the US and give you store links that aren't valid for your region.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello I own a broken stadia Controller I contact the google support and we have make some tests to check different ways to wake up my controller. The audio jack is Brocken! The support team send me a link for a replacement item But the link don’t work I called 3 times the support cause of this problem and no one wants help me Stadia says google store is the right one who can help me Google store support say to me they don’t can do anything .. My RMA02492889 is this</description>

It's a bit weird that the link is not working for you: Have you tried it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;in different browsers,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?hl=en" target="_self"&gt;with an incognito-window&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;with &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/2589434?hl=en" target="_self"&gt;extensions disabled&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;after &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&amp;amp;co=GENIE.Platform=Desktop" target="_self"&gt;deleting cache &amp;amp; data of your browser&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would try to contact them again and again until someone can fix that for you, because it should not be a problem to receive a replacement item in your case. At least I would imagine so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;M Browser is not the problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;google says to me that they know the issue and technicians are at with&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if I click the link there is a destroyed android bot with the error code PBRE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;bit I don’t accept it !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;i wrote my10th mail and call tommorrow the service again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i want use my return rights&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I can’t because there is in the show no more the link for refund and the shop connect me to the broken replacement item Link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
