Oké. Found the cause. I did select game mode on my TV when HDR wasn't enabled. However after HDR was enabled I had to also change the picture mode ok my TV to HDR game. Problem solved.

Been playing Destiny 2 via the Chromecast. I have a pretty solid connection (250 down and 25 up) and am able to sustain the connection status excellent whist having the Chromecast connected to an ethernet cable. The controller is connected to a 5g network which maximum 1300mbs trasfer speed.

While the connection for both the Chromecast and Stadia controller seems great, aiming in Destiny 2 feels somewhat off, a little sluggish I would say on 4k. I did try turning the graphical settings down via the Stadia app to full HD and i must say it's completely gone after that, aiming feels super smooth.

I did so try to turn on the game mode on the TV to reduce as many delay as possible and wouldn't say my connection is the problem. Anyone Experiencing the same thing?

I'm glad you figured it out because I was going to say that some (mostly the inexpensive ones) TVs just have a lot of input lag in 4K no matter what you do and that HDR can make it even worse.

TVs are definitely getting a lot better in this regard but are still relatively sluggish compared to even run of the mill gaming monitors.
