Connection issues PC

I'm wondering if anyone can help as this is driving me nuts.

Stadia's own connection test tells me I have 215Mbps and my connection is "great". My ping is around 11. But every time I try to launch a game, it says my connection isn't stable enough.

I've run through the troubleshooting steps (Yes I'm on 5G, Yes I'm close to my router, no there's no VPN, yes I'm using the correct firewall settings etc. EVERYHING looks peachy.....until I try to play.

I'm wondering now if it's something to do with my ISP (Comcast Xfinity) in my area, as I feel like I've exhausted everything else.

Any ideas?

@UltraHunter no problem.

If this worked you can fix it with clearing temp files and check which Chrome extensions could be causing this. Mostly it is a add blocker which you have to whitelist stadia.google.com.
