Constant Stutter on Cyberpunk

I'm playing cyberpunk on chrome experiencing major visual and audio stutter/skipping. I'm hooked up to google nest through ethernet getting 275 mbp/s, my latency is 25m/s. The stutter makes the game unplayable. I have fully updated my computer, and uninstalled and reinstalled chrome.

@e11iottk Is it happening all the time, or just certain time? There might be a chance that when you play, the servers have more than capacity.

Also just curious, were you playing with m/kb or controller? I found that the game stutter a lot while playing with m/kb but smooth using controller.

@Ivan, yes the stutter is constant. I am playing with controller but it doesn't feel like input lag. The stutter occurs with the whole game, audio, visual, and input.

Did you try all things that are there to find in the support page?

For example did you try a Chrome Incognito Window? (this disables all extension which can cause issues).
