According to intensive websearches the oneplus 8 pro should now be supported. Unfortunately if I run the app and connect the controller it doesnt give me the option to play on this device. Is there an update that I have to wait for. Or is the internet lying....

no OnePlus is supported at the moment. There is also currently no public roadmap on which devices will be supported in the future. You can follow the Stadia Team on Twitter or you check periodically the Stadia compatibility support page.

Hi @InvalidOps,

maybe not lying rather "to early published?. But for now, Stadia's compatibility support page does not list the OP8 device.

@GraceFromGoogle Do you now something about this information mismatch between OnePlus and Google?
